Salient details:
Writers: Your entry is a poem that will be added to a mug with `ArtistsForCharity colours and theme.
It must be a short poem of no more than 5 lines.
Make your poem stand out; we are not looking for a Hallmark card. No need to spend time on an artistic presentation of the poem - it will be judged on the writing alone.
Entries close November 1.
The title is simply 'Surprise' - the contest requires us to have 'lit' placed after literature entries.

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 10 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.

Trying to learn freeverse. I'm working right now on tiny poems - i.e., concise but deep. Then I might move up.

You don't know me.
So don't act like you do.

and i'm not liking "lights form your name". i dunno what it is about it, but for me it just doesn't seem to fit with the rest of the poem.
